Long time Lancaster County resident and currently resides in Millersville with her beautiful family. Her background in retail management supports her primary focus of building relationships with her clients. Sam is the Founder/Director of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Anti-Racism Coalition (www.parealestateac.org). Their mission is to create real estate opportunities for underserved communities while advocating for changes in industry practices to eliminate racial disparities.

CHRISTINE SNYDER | Executive Assistant
A transplant from Orange County, California, Christine Snyder has resided in Lancaster for over 20 years. She currently lives in New Danville with her husband, Andy and their 3 kids. Her family is everything and when not working, she is involved with her kids' extracurricular activities such as soccer and baseball. Christine, better known as Chrissy, also plays a role in the Parent Teacher Organization at her children's school. Personally, she enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures and cuisines with her family.
Before joining The Dahlia Group, Chrissy worked in the corporate world in sales and advertising. In recent years, she has focused her time on her family as a stay at home mom. Through her professional and personal experiences, she has mastered her skills in management, sales, maintaining relationships, building rapport, networking, and patience.
Chrissy was drawn to the Real Estate Industry because she loves architecture, interior design, and envisioning spaces through thoughtful styling. She also has a passion to help others and says "there’s no better feeling than to help others find a home they can create lifelong memories in with their families!

KAT RICHTER | REALTOR®
Kat started her career in real estate in 2012 as a Property Management Professional and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2015. During her property management career, Kat focused on multifamily assets and managed over 4000 units from Philadelphia to Baltimore, Central PA, and Indianapolis. With an emphasis on ensuring all residents received exceptional customer care, Kat built and developed her teams with the philosophy of “Better Together”. This core concept shapes the way Kat views her relationships with her clients and team members alike and allows her to advocate for her clients as a true partner.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Kat has a passion for Central PA and enjoys exploring the area – there are always new hot spots, interesting people, and beautiful places to enjoy. A creative, Kat enjoys painting, throwing pottery, and creating cut flower arrangements. Her favorite way to start a morning is with a great book and time in her flower garden. Kat enjoys creating memories with her family, husband Jeff and three children. Kat feels that a career in real estate allows her to be her most authentic self and is happiest in an environment that allows her creativity to blossom while supporting others as they work to achieve their real estate goals.
